Reduced noise levels

Polyurethane is a great material for noise absorption utilised across many sound proofing applications.

Industry leading polyurethane wheels and rollers

Through experience and continual development ECP Polyurethanes had developed proprietary hot cast technology and procedures to produce industry leading polyurethane wheels and rollers.

Sustainability

ECP Polyurethane wheels offer higher load bearing capacity and are more durable than alternatives such as rubber and plastics. Combined with proprietary hot casting process that ensures a secure bond between the polyurethane and the steel wheel hub. This provides longer service life of both the wheels and associated plant and equipment.

Save replacement costs by refurbishing old wheels

Wheels can be refurbished back to new which offer significant time and cost savings. ECP polyurethanes has maintenance programs in place with mining operations all over Australia.

Wheels are transported back to our facility where the used lining is machined off the steel hub, hubs are inspected and repaired, before the Polyurethane lining process commences. After Polyurethane lining, the wheels are machined and new paint is applied to the steel surface. Wheels are assembled before they are shipped back to site in as new condition. This service allows customers to ensure spares are always on hand and to reduce overall operation costs.
